I always felt like we were his only client. Initially we were uncertain of the asking price (higher than we thought it should be), but Paul did his due diligence and proved us wrong! Consequently, within 90 days of listing the house, it sold for more than we expected. Something else I never even considered when giving the listing to Paul, is his vast network of contractors. He knows someone to fix anything that may come up on your inspection report (and there will be repairs needed - no matter how great you think your house is!). All the contractors we needed (plumbers, electricians, handymen, chimney sweeps, etc.) responded immediately to Paul. They showed up at our house on time and were very reasonably priced!
